In 2008 we decided to start our own hives on our small farm in Medina Ohio to help with pollination, to hopefully expand our produce growth. The following year our garden grew exponentially, and we were hooked on beekeeping. James Aylsworth started taking beekeeping classes and joined the beekeepers club in Medina, while continually adding more and more hives throughout Medina. Now Jim Aylsworth helps maintain the observation hive at the Medina County District Library, and serves as the Medina Beekeepers Club President.
